Unlike the many automatic booking systems that proliferate the Internet designed to avoid personal contact with site visitors, our aim is to be as accessible as possible. Making travel and accommodation arrangements is difficult enough, but when you need to change something, if things goes wrong or you need to cancel you have to be able to contact someone.

For this reason our personal tourism advisors are available to take your call or respond promptly to your email. In addition to our usual points of contact we also operate a telephone helpline in English for our clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
